Proposal for Iglesia Bíblica Fundamental de la Gracia
Hi David, we spent real time inside ibfg.church before writing a single number. IBFG meets six days a week and carries AWANA, camps, the Mujeres de Fe conference and a Tuesday morning prayer group on Zoom. That is a lot of ministry for a site built in 2019 to hold. Below are three build options and three care plans. Every price is itemized, nothing is a lump sum, and the total updates live as you choose.
Three tiers, each one a genuine custom build, never a stock template. Each tier contains everything in the one before it. Bilingual Spanish and English is included in all three, not billed as an extra. Selecting a tier updates the live total at the bottom of the page.
A real website, built from scratch, that tells a first-time visitor who you are and when to show up. Everything broken today gets fixed.
The Foundation site plus the thing you actually asked for: people register and pay for camps, conferences and classes online, and you get a roster you can export.
Everything above plus giving, a member area, and a complete sermon archive. This is the version that keeps shepherding people Monday through Saturday.
An honest look at what each tier gives you, so the trade-offs are clear before you choose. The highlighted column follows whichever tier you have selected above.

Hosting, SSL, backups and security live inside the care plan, so one of these three is required to keep the site online. Every tier includes real hands-on hours and, critically, ongoing work on your forms and integrations, not just security patches. Tap any tier to see exactly what is inside it.
For a church where a volunteer handles most updates and you just need the site to stay online, current and safe.
New forms, new pages, redesigns or written content run at your $99/hr member rate, or step up to Active. Hours reset monthly and don't roll over.
Everything in Essentials, plus the hours and the form work to keep the site moving with your calendar. The right fit for a church running AWANA, camps and two conferences a year.
The best value per hour of the three. Anything beyond your 2 hours runs at your $99/hr member rate. Hours reset monthly and don't roll over.
Everything in Active, plus the things you can't buy by the hour. We take the website off the leadership's plate entirely.
The hands-off level: you send an email, we handle the rest. Anything beyond your 3 hours runs at your $99/hr member rate. Hours reset monthly and don't roll over.
No contract. Month to month, switch tiers or cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Prepay a year and the 12th month is free.
Most church plans in this price range are hosting plus a login. You still do the work. Ours is the opposite: hosting is the cheap part, and what you're paying for is a person who will actually go change the thing you asked about.
The details a committee needs to compare bids properly: hours, form work, response times, reporting and cancellation terms, all stated rather than implied.

None of these are required, and the proposal stands on its own without them. Toggle any on to add it to your live total. Online giving is already inside the Full Ministry Platform, so it switches on automatically at no charge when that tier is selected.
We spend a Sunday with you and shoot the real thing: the congregation, the worship team, AWANA, the building, the people who actually greet visitors at the door. Then every Getty stock photo comes off your website permanently.
A giving page in Spanish and English where members can tithe once or set up a recurring gift from their phone. Designated funds for missions, camps or the building, with automatic year-end contribution statements.
A chat assistant on your site that answers the questions the office gets over and over, in Spanish or English, at any hour: service times, where to park, what AWANA is, how to be baptized, when the next conference opens.
A warm, human-sounding voice that answers (916) 535-0203 around the clock, in Spanish or English. It covers service times and directions, takes prayer requests and messages, and reaches a leader when something is urgent.
These are the two areas where proposals usually go vague, so here are real answers with real numbers rather than a feature list.
Both of these deserve a real recommendation with the reasoning shown, not a shrug. We would rather be told we're wrong on the specifics than be vague enough that nobody can check.
No. Not this scope. Here is specifically what blocks it.
What we would use instead: a modern open stack with an open CMS, which is what makes the ownership and exit answers above possible. Annual platform, license and plugin fees on it come to $0. Hosting sits inside the care plan. Your only recurring third-party cost is the domain, about $20 a year.
Stripe, for three concrete reasons, and the money never touches us.
On your eligibility question, you are right to be careful. The discounted rate is meant for organizations whose volume is genuinely tax-deductible donations, so pushing camp and conference fees, which are program revenue rather than gifts, through the same account can put it at risk. We would set up two accounts under one Stripe organization: giving on the nonprofit rate, event registration on the standard rate.
So do you end up reconciling two systems? No. One Stripe organization, one login, one dashboard, and both accounts settle into the church's same bank account. On the website side each event has one roster that merges card, ACH, cash and check, so the treasurer reads one list.
If leadership prefers Square anyway, we will build to it and say so plainly rather than pretend it cannot be done. We would just budget volunteer hours each January for the statements, and you would lose the ACH saving. Either way the integration cost is the same and it is already itemized: giving is the $250 line, event payments sit inside the Events & Forms tier.
Every figure below comes from the provider's own published pricing, checked in August 2026. Where a provider does not publish a number we have said so and marked our estimate. We have also left in the two options that are genuinely cheaper than us, because you will find them anyway and you deserve to know exactly what you would be giving up.

The only number that actually compares bids fairly, because a cheap build with an expensive retainer is not a cheap website. These are custom-build providers, measured against our recommended tier.
Where we are not the cheapest, and why. Template platforms like Tithe.ly Sites ($119/mo, no build fee) and MyChurchWebsite ($49/mo after a $2,500–$3,400 build) come in under us over three years. They are real options and we won't pretend otherwise. What you give up is that the design is a template rather than yours, the CMS is the vendor's rather than open, the site cannot leave their platform, bilingual is not offered, and no hands-on hours are included, so every change is a volunteer's Saturday or an extra invoice. Our position is not that we are the cheapest line item. It is that we are the least expensive genuine custom build, and the only one on this page that includes a person who does the work.
Before putting our own number in front of you, we sent the same written scope to a number of web agencies around Sacramento and asked each to price it the same way. Two have answered so far. Both are summarized below and you can read their replies in full. We are still waiting on three more and will pass those along as they come in. Both of these are real businesses doing real work and neither quote is dishonest, but a price only means something once you know what sits inside it, so each one appears next to what it leaves out.
A Squarespace site for $5,500, a video day at $1,000 half or $2,000 full, giving through a platform called Overflow, and a maintenance plan that "can be catered into a package."
A custom-coded site with no upfront fee, hosting and unlimited changes included, owned by the church after month 12. Giving and registration handled by Planning Center and contracted directly by the church. This is a thoughtful, honest bid and it deserves to be taken seriously.
Bozh Studio would cost two to four times what we would, on a platform that structurally cannot do what you asked for. Bright Presence Digital lands within a few hundred dollars of us over three years, so that choice is not about money at all. It is about what the money buys: a Spanish-speaking team forty minutes from your building instead of one person three time zones away, a site your own staff can update without emailing anyone, and a registration and giving experience that is in Spanish from the first click through the year-end receipt.
Sources: published pricing pages for Verlua (Sacramento), Bozh Studio, MyChurchWebsite, BuildMyChurchWebsite, Tithe.ly Sites and Nucleus; Ekklesia 360 and general agency ranges as reported by REACHRIGHT and SteepleMate's 2026 church website cost surveys. Monthly figures for providers who publish a build price but no retainer are estimated at $150/mo, the midpoint of the $100–$300 industry range, and are flagged as estimates in the table.
A single number makes it impossible to compare bids, so here is the build broken into its parts. This list follows whichever tier you selected above. Bilingual is shown at zero on purpose: it is included, not free-because-we-skipped-it.
Third-party charges that never pass through us. This is the complete list, not a sample.
These are the questions every church should put to every agency bidding on their website, including us. Ours are answered here in plain language so you can hold the other proposals to the same standard.
Three to five weeks from deposit to launch, depending on the tier. The only thing that moves this date is waiting on access we can't get ourselves.
That's the whole list. We do not need a content audit, a brand workshop or a committee sign-off process. If the church can hand over these six things in the first week, the timeline holds.
Only billed if and when used. Most months this stays at $0.
Pick whichever fits the church's cash flow. Both cover the same one-time build total.
The monthly figure already includes your care plan, which starts the day the site goes live, not the day you accept. The payment plans cover the one-time build only.
Prepay a year of the care plan and the twelfth month is free, which is $149 back at your selected tier. There is no penalty for not doing this, and no contract either way: the plan is month to month with 30 days' notice.
